Once you call and leave a message or submit a contact form, our Intake Coordinator, Sharlyn, will reach out to you within 24 hours to ask you a few additional questions to help determine the best clinician for your family.
From there, Sharlyn will follow up with an email giving additional resources while you wait for a call or email from your potential play therapist.
Once the play therapist reaches out, you will speak to them in a 10-15 minute phone call to determine if you are a good fit for each other and schedule the first intake appointment. This appointment is to determine a therapeutic plan and set goals for your child.
