Therapy For Therapists
Ongoing therapy for clinicians who are ready to invest in themselves.
As therapists, we know the importance of doing our own work, but finding the right person to hold space for us isn't always easy. Whether you're navigating burnout, compassion fatigue, life transitions, relationship challenges, imposter syndrome, or simply wanting to deepen your relationship with yourself, I offer ongoing therapy designed specifically for clinicians.
My approach is integrative, relational, and deeply grounded in nervous system work. Rather than relying on a single modality, I combine the wisdom of Synergetic Play Therapy, EMDR, Internal Family Systems (IFS), mindfulness, and over 20 years of clinical experience to tailor therapy to your unique needs. Together, we'll follow your nervous system with curiosity and compassion, allowing healing to unfold in a way that feels authentic, sustainable, and deeply meaningful.
In addition to working with clients for more than two decades, I've had the privilege of serving as a Certified Synergetic Play Therapist™, Supervisor, former Senior Consultant and Intensive Training Facilitator with the Synergetic Play Therapy Institute, Adjunct Professor at the University of Denver, and Registered Yoga Teacher (RYT-200). These experiences have shaped the way I work, not only as a therapist, but as someone who understands the unique joys and challenges of this profession.
My hope is that therapy becomes a place where you don't have to be the therapist. A place where you can slow down, reconnect with yourself, and receive the same compassion and care you so generously offer others.
Whether you're looking for ongoing support or working through a specific season of life, I'd be honored to walk alongside you.
A Personal Invitation
Our own healing isn't separate from the work we do. It shapes the way we listen, the way we stay present, and the way we show up for the people who trust us with their stories.
If you've been waiting for permission to invest in yourself, this is your invitation.
Not sure where to begin? Whether you're looking for ongoing therapeutic support or a focused intensive around a specific challenge, there's an option designed to meet you where you are.
