Ashley is a Licensed Clinical Social Worker and Certified Synergetic Play Therapist. She received her Master's Degree in Social Work from the University of Denver in 2012 and has specialized in working with children, adolescents, and families for the past ten years as an in-home behavioral coach, school-based therapist, school social worker, and outpatient therapist.
Ashley works with a variety of issues that kids and families may face, such as parent-child relationship struggles, behavior problems, academic and social difficulties, anxiety, depression, and stressful or traumatic experiences. Through co-creating trusting and authentic relationships with clients, she offers a safe space for children and adolescents to explore and make sense of their inner and outer worlds while guiding them towards a greater sense of connection to themselves and their ability to navigate and grow from life's challenges.
Ashley's therapeutic approach is grounded in person-centered principles, attachment theory, interpersonal neurobiology, and mindfulness. She is committed to ongoing learning and evolution as a therapist and person and is honored to support others on their healing journeys.
