Natalie Silver

MSW, Trained in Synergetic Play Therapy

Natalie Silver received her Master of Social Work (MSW) from the University of Oklahoma, is a former teacher and is passionate about her work as a therapist. She specializes in supporting individuals in achieving emotional regulation and empowerment. With over ten years of experience working with children and families in clinical and non-clinical settings, Natalie has developed a deep understanding of how to help individuals and families acquire the necessary tools to move through emotional experiences, significant transitions, and daily life with curiosity and compassion. Natalie is highly skilled in serving clients of all ages, but her passion lies in helping children between the ages of four and twelve. She understands the significance of play as a means of communication and uses the tenets of Synergetic Play Therapy (SPT) in all sessions. Natalie follows the child's pace and sense of autonomy in this safe and connected environment to help facilitate processing and healing. Natalie also works with adolescents and adults to help them develop self-worth and problem-solving skills through a strength-based approach. For parents, this means receiving support and guidance through parent coaching. With Natalie's assistance, parents begin to step into their most authentic selves while learning to connect more meaningfully with their loved ones and their lives. In Natalie's work with adult women she utilizes practical tools of cognitive behavioral therapy with somatic practices to help lead women towards greater trust in who they are. Natalie is also trained in Ketamine-Assisted Psychotherapy, a holistic modality in which ketamine complements therapy to help adult women experience more frequent breakthroughs and sustained improvement in symptoms. Natalie holds a Bachelor's Degree in Early Childhood Education and a graduate degree in Social Work from the University of Oklahoma.
